Time for Another Sampler, This One From Thompson Cigar

You may have noticed i am a sucker for samplers. Any time i can find em for between $2-$2.50 a stick i usually bite, as long as the 'quality to filler' ratio is good enough. By which i mean the ratio of respected cigars to house brands, sub premiums, and other fillers. This sampler from Thompson is 10 cigars for $19.95 + S /H, and has a ratio of around 0.75: 7 or 8 of the 10 are cigars i would be proud to smoke. Cigars include: Black Pearl, Zino Classic, Cuesta Rey, Camacho, Gurkha, Rocky Patel Sungrown, Tusker, Victor Sinclair Series 5/5, Occidental Reserve and Rocky Patel Vintage '99. Unfortunately i cannot tell what sizes they are - and i must say that this kind of incomplete information is typical of Thompson. Not sure how long this one will last, but it looks like one of their introductory staples so it might be around for a while.
